Our late and cancellation policies

Late Policy

Sometimes circumstances prevent you from arriving on time. Please call the spa if you are running late.  We will make every effort to accommodate your full service. If a client is more then 10 minutes late, we may require to reschedule. If or when our schedule will allow we maybe able to accommodate a partial appointment. This is to ensure that there are no delays for other clients. 

Cancelation Policy

Mint Lounge understands that there are certain circumstances when clients will not be able to make their appointments. Since we strive to provide excellent service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact upon us significantly. Therefore we ask that clients call us to advise us that you will not be able to make the appointment so that we are able to provide services to other clients.
